Robin Young, PsyD, LP (He/Him)

Luz Angelic Salinas PsyD, LP (She/Her)

Christina Garrison-Diehn, PhD, LP (She/Her)

Kirsten Farmer, MSW, LICSW (She/Her)
- Current Position/Role at IHB: Staff LICSW
- Tribal Affiliation: Enrolled member of Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate (SWO) and a lineal descendent of Rosebud Sicangu Oyate, the Omaha Nation, and the Senneca Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.
- Expertise: Specializes in culturally specific and trauma-informed care for Indigenous communities with a person-centered approach. Works with children, families, and individuals of all ages.
- Approaches/Trainings: Trained in Brainspotting and utilizes Experiential Therapy and strengths-based approaches to help others heal from historical, inter-generational, and lived traumas with a goal of empowering Indigenous communities.

Rosilynn Morris MSW, LICSW (She/Her)

Kathleen Herling, MS, LPCC, LADC, MT-BC (She/Her)
- Current Position/Role at IHB: Staff Psychotherapist
- Expertise: Dual-licensed mental health therapist and substance abuse counselor. Enjoys serving adults struggling with trauma, substance use, psychosis symptoms, and homelessness.

Karen Leta Gillespie, MA, LMFT, ATR-P (She/Her)

Noah Cole, PsyD (He/Him)

Michael L. Harris, MA, LP, SEP (He/Him)
- Current Position/Role at IHB: Director of Communication & Community Engagement and Staff Psychologist.
- Expertise: Healing from attachment trauma, foster care & adoption, grief & loss, mental health in the schools & community, assessing and treating Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), cross-cultural clinical supervision and training, dementia & aging services, and coaching caregivers of special needs children.

Michael joined Indian Health Board in 1995, and previously served as the Director of IHB’s Counseling & Support Clinic from 2002-2021.
