A. Yes, our clinic provides transportation to appointments. If transportation is covered under your health care plan, please refer to your insurance policy to schedule a ride for qualified appointment types. To contact our transportation team call 612.721.9801.

Q: What if I have a question for my health care team when the clinic is closed?

A. We have an on-call provider that may answer your questions during after hours at 612-721-9800. 

Q: Is the Indian Health Board the same as an Indian Health Service clinic?

A.  We are an Urban Indian health center. We offer primary medical, dental, and counseling & support services. Patients must establish care for initial appointments. Your health care costs may be paid by private insurance, a health care plan through MNsure, and cash.
